Where should we start?+
Start with the business problem and what already exists. A scoped current-state review can identify priorities, accountable owners, and a practical first set of deliverables. The engagement is sized to your needs and the available capacity.
Will I work directly with the founder?+
Yes. Nicholas Eliopoulos is your primary consultant and point of contact. The service is founder-led advisory and program coordination, not a staffed security operations center. Any specialist involvement is discussed and scoped in advance.
Can you support an enterprise-wide program?+
An engagement can support planning, governance, reporting, and coordination across an enterprise program, with selected workstreams and responsibilities defined up front. It complements the teams and providers that operate controls. Specialized areas such as industrial systems or software security engineering require appropriate technical expertise; they are not automatically included.
Can we engage you for one project?+
Yes. A policy set, vendor review, control inventory, response plan, or another defined deliverable can be a standalone project. Scheduled advisory support is also available when scope, hours, response windows, and priorities are agreed.
How do you work with our IT team and providers?+
Elios develops documentation, organizes decisions and actions, and reports progress. Your leadership approves policies, investments, and risk decisions. Your technical teams and providers implement, operate, and validate the controls. Each workstream has an agreed owner and handoff.
What work is outside the advertised scope?+
Independent technical testing, specialist security engineering, ongoing infrastructure administration, 24/7 monitoring, emergency response, forensics, and recovery execution are not included. Audit support is readiness assistance, not independent assurance or certification. Specialist services require separately agreed scope and provider arrangements.
How are scope and capacity agreed?+
The proposal specifies deliverables, included workstreams, evidence needed, review rounds, hours or milestones, client dependencies, response windows, and exclusions. New priorities are assessed against that capacity rather than treated as unlimited support. Software licenses and specialist services are separate unless explicitly included.
